  I have been meaning to give a shout out to BRIGHT SPARK cars service centre, Managed and operated by Mr. Mahrous .. A couple of months ago, I took my BMW to them for some repairs. I was very impressed with the level of professional service I received; starting with the email communication and face to face interaction at his well designed and clean workshop. Mahrous and his mechanics took the time to drive the car with me, pinpoint every area needed for repair, and provided an itemized bill specifying the most needed items to be serviced. The best part of the service is that he offers door to door pickup. I know I will use this company again; if I have too, for two reasons; I have yet to return my car too them: unlike the previous workshop that I visited up too five times within a three month time. Secondly, and most importantly, the workers were very happy. They took pride in their work and joyfully presented the results. If you are looking for a luxury service with reasonable cost, I strongly recommend Bright Spark. Thanks Mr.Mahrous and team.

  Very badservice, they do not stick to timelines. When they quote for a insurance they quote they will deliver in 5 Days and get all parts repaired. But they will not even deliver the car after 7 Days, there is no communications about the status of the car even from anyone in the service center. When complained to the management they say that they do not get the parts. They are aware of the situation of not getting parts but they would quote less number of days and value to get the car for garage repair from insurance.
  
  This is their typical behavior the guys who quotes for the insurance does not have a clue on the timeline and delivery.
  
  This is very bad experience I would suggest everyone to be careful if you dealing with garage.

  Amazing workshop. Great attitude. I was there and i was servicing my car, and I have really sensed a level of professionalism and speed service that i rarely see in dubai workshops.

  Well they have had our vehicle for almost 6 months now after an accident we told them at the beginning that the frame was bent and several times when we visited to see if it was ready. They do not return phone calls or contact you. Now vehicle is finshed by their report but it did not pass inspection due to frame being bent. Still without vehicle. A star is too high a rating

  Nice website, but better do not take your car there. I went out to Musaffah, delivered my accident report and they promised to get approval from my insurance. No response at all for three days until I followed up myself. At that stage they told me that they are unfortunately not covered by my insurance (one of the biggest in the gulf region ).
