  Very professional staff, they all are friendly and the location is convenient, BUT this will be my last visit to Galleria branch because of ( Mervat ) her voice was very loud while she was talking and her tone of voice was a bit rude, and even when we asked her to low her voice she made it louder. In general, the way she speak with is not appropriate for a classy place like Cartier.
  
  My sisters and I would rather go to the Etihad Towers branch than go back to meet this woman who, by the way, was the first time we saw her in this branch and she made us already hate it.

  Customer service isn’t as expected. On my first visit, we had to wait 10 minutes until someone from the staff attended, even then, wasn’t fully prepared to help us. Second visit was even worse, when the closing time is 10 PM i expect to be allowed to visit at 9:50 PM. First of all due to COVID there were people waiting to enter, when i arrived, the staff were saying they’re closed when it was still 9:50 PM. Totally unacceptable, I had to drive all the way to Galleria and 10 minutes before closing I was not let it, given that there is an expected delay due to COVID restrictions of maximum people. Just wasted my time .
