I had requested to replace my existing ( inside walls) ethernet cables (cat5e) to cat6a and organizing the cables in a cabinet.
The company responded very quickly, ordered cables, RJ45, patch panel, etc.
Work started as per my schedule which was very much appreciated. The cable replacement through the walls is, indeed, a challenging one; but they managed to pull all and perform the upgrade.
The cabinet was well organized after work completion. The people who came in were very polite and moved a very heavy cabinet next to the area were the rack cabinet had to be placed. I truly thank them for that.
The reason I gave 4 stars is because of an issue with a couple of cable termination that showed up in the few days after the work completion. Even though all cables were terminated, a couple of them showed wires missing, but was working, albeit, at a lower speed. I am sure they would have fixed it had I called them, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place, had the termination been done properly and professionally. When I checked, I found that a few wires had come of the Keystone jack, a couple from the wall socket and another on the cabinet side. Not a serious issue as I was able to punch it down using the proper tool that I happen to have. Another reason for to the 4 star, is that they had estimated two rolls of wires, but ended up using only one roll (not completely used up). I do understand that it was an estimate and anyone would have ordered two in case needed as it is difficult to know ahead of time, before pulling the wires of the wall. However, since one roll was not opened (intact) I requested to return that (unopened) roll and the amount to be deducted, but the company was not able to return it, so I ended up keeping a full (unopened) roll of cat6a along with the remaining of the the opened roll.
I still say, compared to other similar work, they did a good job, but to get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, the company has to work on the issues I indicated. I hope the company uses this review as a feedback to improve and I am confident that it is capable of doing so.response / report this review -

You guys are the best. We bought a server from Bluechip, you installed Server in our company IBC Medical Services and did all the configurations. Their engineer Vineesh was very helpful, he was very professional, punctual, did everything accordingly and was well informed.
