I went to the clinic to check my freckles I asked the doctor before I booked if they do direct billing.he said yes so I went to him I wasn’t happy with the check up because he didn’t look at everything..so I’m a bit worried he missed somethinganyway he found something and he removed it that same day. He didn’t tell me that the procedure would cost me AED2,500 for removing 1 freckle, so the total cost including the check up was AED3,400. On returning to reception they told me direct billing was not possible and that i had to settle the bill myself. Not everyone is able to fork out that kind of money, and wait for the insurance company to reimburseat least knowing in advance would have been more settling, and not feeling like I have been lied to in order to secure my custom.

Every question I asked felt like I was almost bothering.
I was checked for black marks and I was asked which ones I wanted to get checked on, I could spot some on my own but I couldn't find many since they're on my back and legs and can't visualize them. She didn't help on spotting them and didn't check me out thoroughly. There was very little effort in answering my queries and the consultation lasted very little.
I was forced to go to another doctor cause I felt unsure of the checkup. It's been unfortunately a bit a waste of money for me and my insurance.
What was missing was a little bit of reassurance and scrutiny. I would of felt ok and wouldn't of needed another extra consultation.
The clinic looks very professional on the other hand; it's clean, techie and located in a very beautiful area. Not sure if I'd recommend it though.response / report this review -
