the service was friendly, but slow and not attentive. The entire buffet and setting has the feeling of a railway station waiting hall to it. The presentation of the food lacks inspiration. The food itself was ok, but nothing out of the ordinary and therefore overpriced. The only outstanding desert was the coffee creme brulee, everything else tasted blant and the cheese has definitely been out in the open for a touch too long , as the cut edges were already drying out more than they should have. Overall it is definitely not a competition to the sparkling evening brunch happening in the hotel next door. Too sad.

Good food. Service a little slow to begin with but soon picked up. Kids area really could have more for kids to do. Only a TV, a climbing frame and some soft play mats to keep kids entertained.

The buffet had an exquisite collection of delicious food from across the world. The setting is nice and relaxed and overlooks the pool and beach. The staff were 25 minutes late though in bringing our drinks with no apology.

It's really what you expect from a 5 star restaurant clean, tasty, healthy, excellent service. Only complaint is the noise, crowd and the music loudness. But the taste of the food covers the complaint. Great prices and recommend that everyone tries it at least once before Ramadan.

I just went there tonight and i was extremely disappointed
Horrible ambiance, totally messed up place with a weird lay-out
Bad food: i've had some octopus from the salad bar which was full of sandy grains( not cleaned well) and tough as leather( the cheap rubbery kind), even the easiest recipes were messed up somehow, like the hummus which was horrible, the Indian food section was totally unappetizing! The chinese section was mostly empty when i got there, and the cook working inside and prepping the food put a filthy serving spoon back into a fresh pot of food.
Only good-ish things i've had were the crab soup and the Thai prawn soup
Disgusting sweets: the black forrest cake had an extremely bitter and metallic flavor which ruined my taste buds, the tarts had a tough as bricks crust, the lemon tart had lemon filling that was way too thick and too sour and the meringue on top was grainy! The little sweets in a cup were all disturbingly awful! And the guy working the ice-cream station had given me ice-cream in a dirty bowl and was totally rude about giving me chocolate ice-cream from a machine not from the fresh stuff coz he didn't wanna bother explaining to me that what i was pointing at was actually date not chocolate since it was all poorly labeled
Worst Ramadan eftar buffet i've had, and what a shame! The hotel itself is lovely.
