We came in for a last minute appointment for henna. They accommodated us and made us feel welcomed. The lady that did the henna was very friendly and still took her time to finish even when they were about to close.

Our experience at Blanche was absolutely wonderful. The products used were of extremely high quality and the service as a whole was a great value for money. The staff was very friendly and professional, working with immense care and delicateness.
I got my hair done with a wash and it was so relaxing and gave my hair a very bouncy look. They also did my mum's hair and they did a fabulous job. Their suggestion was apt.
The manicure and pedicure service was also done with great care and the nail colors available were very pretty.
The henna application was super quick and the design was beautiful.
The clean up was also done with utmost care and perfection.
I would highly recommend Blanche to anyone in Abu Dhabi looking for the best services at the finest rates and very friendly staff. Great job, you guys! Keep at it.response / report this review -

The hair dresser does not know jack esh. Ruined my hair.
I asked for a pixie haircut, I asked if she knows how to do it, she said yes. Over the phone and in person too. I asked her for a layered pixie. She said yes. I showed her a picture for reference as well.
Well, NOPE.
She butchered my hair. One side was so close cropped like a man's haircut and the other side was "layered" like steps of stairs. Literally decimated it. I asked her what the heck is this and what I asked is not what was delivered. She gave excuses that my hair was treated with keratin (i thought that should make it easier) and that she wanted to keep one side long so I can cover her huge blunder on the other side.
She tried to "fix it" by lathering a tub of mousse into my hair and trying to curl iron it. I was very upset and she did not even apologize.
Luckily I was 2 steps away from another salon and they were able salvage what was left of my hair into a very short boy cut.
Maybe they can blow dry and color but the hair cutting services and professionalism are certainly sub-standard.response / report this review -

After a long hustle, I have finally found out a good & clean salon & most imp they respect time. The services were completed & started well on time. Naina did my all services & she was clean, tidy, wore mask, soft spoken & above all she did my services very well. Good job team. Thanks

Not so pleasant experience at this salon! Firstly, you need to make it a "no kids allowed" salon (especially below age 5!) A child roaring is not a soothing experience for the customers!
Secondly, the waxing technicians, inspite of mentioning more than 10 times that the wax is too hot for my skin they were least bothered and just continued applying the wax without reducing the heat. My skin feels itchy like its burnt!
And the pictures posted of the salon and what you see in reality is different. At least when I went, I found it a mess!
All in all, I'm highly disappointed. Even though they provide great deals, I personally did not enjoy the service!response / report this review -

Rufi is very friendly, and she did a great job with my daughter's hair. She also has knowledge about what should and shouldn't be done with different hair types. Will definitely be back.

Terrible hair colour service.
Have henna coloured grey hair which is quite natural looking. Lady called Roofie told me it looked bad and that she would improve my appearance by making the colour of my hair/roots all brown. My bad to believe her.
She took an open tube of colour, combined developer and then started slapping it on carelessly without any cream or protector on my forehead/face (even though I asked she said "no need").
When she was done found my hair colour had completely changed to dark black. Not only that but she also permanently dyed my forehead/hairline black. No amount of shampoo washing, scrubbing or different measures could get rid of colour from my scalp and hairline.
Complete disaster and what made it worse she kept arguing. Did not want to risk her making things worse by getting anything else done to hair to try to correct itso I just left. Do not attempt hair service as she nearly also burnt daughters hair while blow drying.response / report this review -

Blanche is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting my hair cut and colour was immaculate!!! She is a Fabulous with blond hair. I highly recommend her Salon!! Just look at my photo’s!!!

If I could, I would have given her a 0 star. I went there to get some hair highlights in brown. She bleached my hair to a golden and that is the most annoying thing. I have jet black hair and golden is the last thing I wanted.

This is a beautifully set up salon and they offer decent prices.
- However, this salon is located in a densely populated area and finding parking is a hassle.
- This was my first time at the salon and although most of the staff were quite friendly, one in particular was rude and couldn't care less. I had a waxing session and informed her the wax was too hot and she made no movement or sound to indicate she had heard. I repeated myself to be greeted by silence once more and when she kept going I repeated again still very politely I might add but she spat back that she had switched off the machine.
I understand most of the people who work at salons work long hours and are underpaid and mistreated and I make extra sure to keep this mind when I speak to them. however, it still does not make it ok to mistreat a customer.response / report this review -
