The worst ever , i called 3 times for them to pick up my clothes around 70 pieces to dry clean and they did not show up , i called to confirm several times and every time this girl called grace says they will come , but nothing ..very upset and do not recommend it at all

Terrible service, they picked up my clothes but refused to deliver them when they were ready. Ladies on the phone are rude and condescending. Not worth the hassle to deal with them as they are the most unprofessional dry cleaner I have ever used.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! The baddest service in terms of delivering! It takes them seriously 2 days to deliver and they are always coming in the evening at 22.30u. I have been calling every day 3 times. They keep on saying we will deliver and nobody comes. Service is just horrible and ladies on the phone are very rude!!!!!! And do not know what the definition of costumer service is.
