  Worst experience with this shop i order white roses and received red (THEY LOOK DEAD AND NOT FRESH) and the card was having spelling mistakenever deal them again

  Very pooooooor customer service. Most words being used " its not our responsibility" Well its their responsibility to let us know what's the status and what's going on with their company.
  
  If you have problems with your shipments, you have your individual drivers that goes to shop by shops.. You could have at least instructed them to send information drive. Not like this, by surprise you don't have flowers to serve.
  
  I am Very very very disappointed. Note, this is not just one time issue, it has been going on for number of times. Better we move our business out from them. Theres a lot of flowers dealers out there. Thanks for being so incompetent.
