Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to buying a home in Dubai, and have heard stories from friends and family about Binayah Estates. They are professional experts! They never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!

I would not recommend Binayah.
They don't have their own property and rely on other property consultant, however they pretend to be their own property.
All it started on 6-Jan-18, I got in touch with Binayah and they gave their representative Ms. Sanya. In turn I got a call from her to show a property for rent in JLT. Myself and my family went for visit and there she introduced Mr. Hammad as a main property consultant for the property. Further she asked me to give cash of AED 3,500 to negotiate with landlord for negotiation, I asked them who is the landlord and both informed it's an Iranian owner. Further they negotiated and no outcome, meanwhile same property some other consultant negotiated for 2 cheques and I informed Mr. Hammad and he said OK let me try and said yes now the landlord has agreed. New to this country was not knowing, further he sent me a tenancy contract with an Indian owner I found suspicious and on 13-Jan-18 asked him to stop the deal unless the same is cleared with the Indian owner put of curiosity he deposited the amount given for negation in owners account and started blackmailing that you will lose the deposit and further many other people came forward in the deal. Further when it was mess, Mr. Sra from Binayah came to my office and said we are one point of contact and said we don't want you to lose the deposit so please proceed with deal and give cheque or you will be facing consequences. I was afraid and gave my cheque, further when I went for handover they didn't handover the apartment stating AED 700 is pending and we will not handover. I paid and asked Ms. Sanya about the procedure she said that our work is only till handover that's all now you and landlord deal but I said the landlord number is not there she said ask Mr. Shameful who is representative. Can you all imagine till now I am not in the house because I can't connect to DEWA unless the old connections are disconnected and she didn't provide the DEWA copy, if I call Mr. Sra he informs I am director and can't get into day to day activities. Rather none of my transactions were not given receipt and I feel everything in this company is unethical. Now I will be moving RERA.

I want to warn everybody against buying into a building project by Aston Developments Ltd. I have been waiting for my apartment to be built for over 7 years now despite paying over 500000 Dirhams. The previous developer of the project NCC Harmony failed to build the project on Um Sqame road, kept my money then sold the project to Aston who is also refusing to compensate the many buyers like myself. Please spread this warning to all potential buyers.

I have been using this agency for over three years now and though they may not be perfect, they are better than most. They pretty much promise what they can deliver and don't mislead you. So can recommend them to others easily. I would suggest them to improve their communication time though.
