Good ambience, nice Punjabi/ hindi music to go alongside with yummy food. However, quite overpriced. Without the doubt the food is amazing but is it worth that price? - No. Either the portion size increases or the cost drops, then it will be worth the spend. There is nothing much to comment on the service as it's self service. Staff were courteous but have minimal interaction.

I went to bikanerwala karama branch to get a few desserts. the staff there is simply excessively occupied with, making it impossible to take care of clients. I attracted their consideration twice to take my request they just observed me and overlooked. after quietly sitting tight for 10 minutes I at long last left without purchasing what I had gone there for. sustenance might be great however benefit is completely terrible. Disillusioned.

Good vegetarian food at affordable pricing.

The sweets are really awesome not the kind of place you want to go to if you are health conscious..I love their Samosas and Bengali sweets.

This is a self service place with enough seating. The places is generally crowded around Indian festival days so do plan your visit to avoid the crowd. The staff is generally helpful, some of the cash counter guys lack a smile which you wish they had !

I went to bikanerwala karama branch to buy some sweets. the staff there is just too busy to attend to customers. I drew their attention twice to take my order they just saw me and ignored. after patiently waiting for 10 minutes I finally left without buying what I had gone there for. food may be good but service is absolutely deplorable. Disappointed.

Very weird serving system, the staff wasn't even responsive. The food that we'd ordered, had a completely different and bland taste compared to even the worst of restaurants I've eaten at. Not at all a pleasant experience.
