Excellent work, they repair my shoes and bag they returned it like New.

AVOID. Terrible service. They damaged two of my work shirts and admitted plainly that it was their fault. Their response to the issue? Offering 100 AED compensation for two 85 USD shirts. Low quality service, no sense of responsibility and bad experience overall.

I am new to Al Hamra and will use the service every week
I called to arrange pick up of 10 items. I was told 830pm. I waited and waited. So I sent a what’s app message ( read and no reply). I sent another message ( ignored). I called again next morning ( no answer.)I am Surprised because every one else rated them a five. Perhaps it’s a bad day. I will give 1 more tryresponse / report this review -
