  I purchased new dx5 and after second service it have a problem , they didnot fix the problem , service center guys dont know how to fix. now its one month, i dont know when it recive back
  
  sales person also not taking my calls they avoiding
  
  service center staffs not professional , it was my mistake to purchase from this showroom

  We recently purchased a Bestune T99 2023 for my wife, primarily because of its touted safety features and size. The car itself is visually appealing - both its exterior and interior designs are stellar, and it drives quite smoothly. However, we are deeply disappointed and concerned about the car's safety performance.
  
  My wife had a minor accident yesterday, merely hitting a wall inside our building's parking space, and the damages were shockingly extensive. Both airbags deployed, and the car was almost totaled from what should've been a minor collision. What's even more concerning is that the police officers who responded were also perplexed at the extent of the damages. They remarked that given the nature of the accident, such damages, especially the airbags deploying, seemed inexplicable.
  
  While we genuinely appreciate the aesthetics and driving experience of the Bestune T99, we can't help but emphasize our grave concerns regarding its safety. No car, especially one that's marketed for its safety, should exhibit such vulnerabilities in a minor accident. I strongly urge potential buyers to reconsider and for the dealership and manufacturer to thoroughly investigate this matter. Safety should never be compromised.

  Only three car models. But the options available in cars compared to the price are highly advanced. No other brands can provide such options at this price. Also, they are offering a high mileage service contract for free and mileage warranty. Highly recommended!”.

  Best customer service. Cars are stunning looking with adequate features for the price tag. But not a long history for the brand in UAE, selling successfully in KSA and Egypt. Would appreciate feedback from UAE owners on Bestune models. I can't take my eyes off their flagship model T99 (black colour).
