Very disappointed with the service, booked an appointment for a pedicure, 25 min of delay, beautician are not experienced, charging extra 30dhs (7€) 😳 for removing my gelish!
Blow dry was not done properly and had to pay 200dhs! Ridiculous!

The ladies are very good with hair styling services.. But wont recommend any nail jobs. Too expensive.. Takes so limg because they dont have proper equipments( removal of acrylic nails takes atleas 90 mins and 1 hr more to refill!!)

Previous reservation is advisable. You might reach there and the ladies are all busy.
They start quite early 10 am and closes 9 pm.

It was a horrible experience. I got acrylic nails done and they looked so unprofessional and ugly. I went back to get them fixed, and the woman that redid my nails gave me an attitude as if I was being picky and not her work that was unprofessional. their service does not deserve that price (280 dhs). I could get the same nails done for a cheaper price at a different salon with a much better quality. I also got a pedicure done and the woman that did it for me cut my nails too much that my toes bled and I ended up getting a hangnail.

I just got home from Bellissima. The moment I saw the result of my full-colored hair I thought of really given it a rating. JM really did great of fixing my ridiculous hair. And I love it so much. Staffa are friendly, gentle and they will really entertain you and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this to all of you who are looking for the best.
