  Nice selection of cakes for parties and gatherings.. on the high end of prices staff has extreme low customer service level .. we are regular customers to home delivery but this time there was misunderstanding in the delivery and until its passed the delivery time by an hour that we discovered it's ready for pick up . we want to pick it the employee was very late to hand it over like 20 minutes late and then when we shared our concern that it's taking longer time than it should be .. he was aggressive that its our mistake that we didn't ask for home delivery. I told him you need to maintain a good customer service in dealing with people .. he replied in a rude way that we have more than 4000 customers .. any organization should value every customer .. I feel sorry for any staff who doesn't have hospitable attitude to the customers.
