  Very bad in everyway, I ordered the supplies I needed at 5:30 pm it's now 8:15 pm and when I called for the fifth time the driver said I can't come. I ordered the same things 3 times. I WILL NOT order from them again.

  Absolutely flawless store. I Love and cherish baqala every day. I went to buy 2 big aqua bottles and they helped me because i was carrying too much. I Would do ANYTHING to go to my nearest baqala. People who disrespect baqala, dont ever talk to me.

  I went to buy two aqua big bottles i request them to help me with one jar to put in my car I was carrying one but they were standing there never helped me. It happened before as well but now it’s too much. I will never go back there instead I will drive to souq planet store.

  If you have to buy something in a hurry you may go to baqala super stores, present after every 10 to 15 shops in abu dhabi. All Baqala stores are expensive compared to cooperative and lulu hyper markets
