  As the only Indian bank in UAE, they need to provide better services. Don’t know much about other branches, but this one is chaotic and unorganized. Still now they don’t have a token system. Employees dealing with clients need to learn more about customer service provided at other banks in UAE. ATM machine installed here is also out of service mostly. Response to applications are also slow. Need to provide more smart solutions

  Not happy. Cannot pay utility bills etc. online with debit card. When I phone the bank it is VERY SELDOM that anyone answers the phones. I have made a monthly stop order which was done timeously for the first 3 or so months and was then forgotten about for 2 months. The money is drawn from my account but I do not get notified that it has gone to the specified account for which the stop order is made.
