This is very good and clean station if u want go to Deira Dubai to any ware it's right place and I think it's very cheap rate.. and easy & safe journey.. so I will give 10/10 to UAE govt .

It's a business district around Deira MarketI once visited and lodged in a Hotel(Landmark Hotel) around there. I enjoyed the MacDonald food located in same Baniyas Square.

Baniyas Square Metro Station is in Old Dubai. Famous and busiest business district of Dubai with all the commercial shops, hotels and eating joints around. The easiest way to reach this place is through metro using green line. Sometimes this place can be too crowded with traffic jam. It is a multi cultural place for shopping cheap.

Its 10 mins walks away from the Union Metro Station and on the opposite direction is on 10 Mins walk from the Gold Souk.

Its the second best location for short stay while visiting Dubai with Union being the first choice to stay.

Baniyas square is famous for old dubai trading business. Baniyas station is on green line metro. Easy access to naif and al sabka. A 10 minutes walk from baniyas square to Union metro park and Union metro station. lots of food places and 2-3 stars hotel around. Near by points includes Hyatt place, Deira Twin towers, street shops and souqs. There is a near by Baniyas square bus station too. Al Rigga grave yard is a few minutes walk from the Baniyas square metro station.
