Both Lady staff on cash counter is having bad attitude don't even have manner to speak to your customer there is no politeness in them speak so roud. Few times i have face this i felt bad. Management should think about them. Rest staff of staff is ok.

The woman in the cashier is not nice at all.. so rude.. but other staff are nice. It is kinda small supermarket.. you can find basic groceries only. But I prefer to go to any other supermarket which is bigger and make sure with a polite cashier staff.

Baniyas Spike - Corniche area.
I had a very bad experience with the butchery person in Baniyas spike hypermarket corniche area abu dhabi. We are regular customers as we take our normal daily & weekly grocery from there. The staff and the manager are very good and helpful. Only the butchery guy was insanely rude. We had gone to get some mutton and as we are only 2 people in the family we wanted some 300 gms of mutton. We were told that you will get only bones and no mutton as in so less quantity we can give only bones. Since i could see so much mutton there i told him to give us from there but the person was so rude he said an outright NO and told we can give only bones. I never experienced such a rude behaviour ever in the UAE. I had such a bad experience that we have decided that we will NEVER visit that hypermarket again and instead a new supermarket "Safa Express" is opened up around the same area and we will make a point to get all the grocery from Safa express now.
