An excellent place to hold business meetings and conferences. Very well mannered, helpful and courteous staff, on whom one can rely during their stay. Look forward to coming back in the near future.

Great location and a grand hotel rooms are extremely posh and the architecture is very traditional Arabic with a total contemporary touch spacious lobby and sea facing rooms make these hotel extremely desirable.
It faces the Emirates palace hotel and the presidential palace.
It is an extremely posh area.

Such a nice hotel, spacious and clean room (one comment: there is only one main light switch, if you switch it off, all lights the even the side-bed lamp will also close). The pool area is amazing, the beach is pretty decent too. Staff are nice, friendly and always smiling.

Stayed here whilst working on the founders memorial. Room 1705 has a nice view on to the palace. Bed is large firm and comfortable. Nice shower, good pressure/temperature. Could watch tv from the bath which is of a good size. Breakfast was adequate but lacking in little ways. Outdoor pool is attractive if a little small for lengths. Gym is well enough equipped just not a huge amount of space. Didn't feel there was a space to stretch or do yoga. Windows in gym look like they have never been cleaned. Pool bar was tended by friendly staff.

+ Good location, elegant interior design
    - We wanted to buy a small cake or even a slice of cake for our VIP guest but there was no coffee shop or pastry shop available. Also, unlike other 5 star hotels here in the UAE, they do not have any convenience shop/swimming gear available for sale. So if you forgot to bring anything, you have go out of the hotel which is such a hassle at times. Ammenities/added services are not available in this hotel.
A little bit disappointed in this hotel considering that it is supposed to be a very good one.

We had a wonderful stay, staff immensely friendly from the moment you arrive, always available to help. The breakfasts are amazing, the lobby is world class, and enormous. Taxi's readily available outside the entrance, rooms huge and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Arrived four hours before check in but got our rooms two hours later. Enjoyed a very relaxed breakfast. Made to feel very welcome. If you are here to lie in the sun then be aware that the sun disappears from the pool around 2pm and the beach 3pm. Dinner and cocktails by the pool was very relaxed. Bedrooms (deluxe) are spacious and very well appointed. So quiet after India! Beds very comfortable but pillows may be too soft for some people. Couldn't be more comfortable!

New hotel, maybe the latest hotel to be operating in Abu Dhabi, great location, great view, and nice atmosphere inside the hotel. It has furnished apartments too. The staff are very professionals and welcoming with natural smile.

We booked the Club superior room which was supposed to have Lounge Access and therefore costs more than double the price than other rooms but were very frustrated right from the beginning because there does even still not exist yet a Lounge and even though we paid the full price for this. While asking for the lounge they told us only that it might be only open in 2018. Next day we found out (of our own) that at least they give 2 free drinks plus canapés in the evening in the bar for people who booked the lounge access - and when asking for more details they made us feel like a beggar begging for some food/drinks (actually we paid a hell of money for getting a special service and there was no outcome at all). While sitting in the bar we got a red wine (definitely a cheap one) and when the canapés arrived we did even not believe what we saw - they really gave a small plate with 3 single tiny canapés (for 1 person - see photo) and asked us to share this "fantastic" food. I felt ashamed for the hotel because this was ridiculous and they would have been done better not to serve this tiny little bit. The bar manager Rames (he was the best guy from the whole hotel and the hotel can be proud to have him) saw our long faces and due that he was so friendly he asked the chef to bring us one more plate - definitely more or less same amount on the plate (see 2nd photo) but at least we honored Mr. Rames good will to make us feel a little bit more comfortable. After that we went outside into a restaurant and bar to have fun and not to be annoyed that evening anymore. Regarding the pool and beach side I can say that it is very small and they do not have enough sun beds and umbrellas for the guests. So if you are coming late it might be that you do not get anymore a sun bed/umbrella. Also the pool and beach area is very noisy due to the sound of the ventilation systems (from the ACs from the hotel and I guess pool heating/cooling system). The breakfast variety and quality was good but I would recommend to have trained people at the cooking stations and not trainees who still have to learn for example how to make fried eggs etc. Our room was also not like a superior room because the view was almost none due that we had the city view while the neighbouring towers limited the view (see photos) and it was somehow sterile without any cosy factor. The staff itself was friendly and the lobby was nice/pleasant architecture and design. Actually what we expected was that at least the General Manager or somebody from the hotel would say sorry for taking our money and not giving us what they promoted on their website and what we paid for or even giving us instead of the fault information/promise on their website for example a voucher for a special dinner for 2 or instead of the lounge access access to the bar/cafe/restaurant or sending a bottle of champagne to our room or even at the end when we checked out I actually expected a voucher from for a 1 night stay/dinner for 2 in one of their hotels in Dubai because we live in Dubai. Nothing came and I would be happy if the General Manager would get in touch with us for this frustrating experience.

We are actually staying at the Jumeirah next door and stooped in for a drink after walking around to see the presidential palace.

We were very pleasantly welcomed by Ruffina the bar manager. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable in all areas. She had brought out some snacks which were purely amazing and hats go off to the chef (I forgot to get his name).

We will be definitely be staying here on our next trip and will be having one more meal here before we return home.

New hotel so judging it now is a bit unfair. Very nice and modern rooms, good room services.
    Cons: 1-Very limited TV options.
2- if you are awake at night there is no any night activities you can do in this area.
