worst service.They tottally gave wrong information about the POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE which should be issued from BLS itself.They told us to go to india and apply in Local police station.Today i came to know it can be easily applied through BLS (anywhere in UAE) if you have clearance from UAE POLICE.Worst staffs all around and receptionist talks likes an IAS officer.Feels worst and funny.

As an important point of contact of all Indians in Abudhabi to do attestation services, it is to be accepting plastic cash(credit and debit cards). Because most of us here in Abudhabi do not carry currency notes. Moreover India government says it is there vision to make India digital.

The Place does not even have a Board to indicate the location. The location on the Map is incorrect and the customer service members don't have a clue of the location. The Front Desk Person at the Premium Lounge greets you like we are doing them a favour. There is no difference between the normal and this so called Premium Lounge service. Renewing a passport in India cost 100 Dhs and here it would take atleast 1500 Dhs with unbelievable charges.

The location is so crowded that it's better to go there in taxi lest u want to roam around for a parking, they cater to u like 2nd grade citizens whereas other nationalities who come for visas are treated as vip, u even have to carry ur newborn to such a crowded place that its lucky if it doesn't get some infection, no feeding room or proper bathroom, ladies are given special queue but token is a long wait, i was sad that such is the service of an indian company to an indian!
