Premium Lounge just for name sake.. No Wifi.. No Premium Treatment Just to get your Indian Official work done bit faster than normal centers.. Like in India People pay under the table to get work done fast.. here you pay to a Company to get your work done fast.

**Premium Lounge** It was not explicit until at the door (not even on the lobby computer-printed signs) that you will pay a large additional fee. That being said, you do get what you pay for - the service was fast, efficient, and professional. My passport was delivered with a multi-entry visa in less than 48 hours.

1st to apply my Spain visa from this company (vfs is not long has Spain visa + they gave bad attitude)

Adv: they offer fast service around 600aed but really fast ! I got my visa around 5 working days !
Beside that they will arrange all the application for you

Disadvantage : I came twice before they didn't give exact required documents
Overall it's fast and good service company

I go to BLS Centre @ Dubai, khaleej centre,total time :I almost spend three and half hour, I just go With expiring Passport without photo copy and photos.
For 6 photos, photocopy of documents and typing, iam totally pay 95 dhs. And passport renewing fee 341 dhs.
Total 436 Dhs.

Pathetic managment for passport renewal need 5 to 6 hours for photo need 2 hours or more depending on mood of staff very shameful we indians are innovative everywhere but when it comes to our country or our work we are Or may be deliberate so that people go and pay extra funds for premier lounge only god knows so your luck plays major part when u visit here for any type of work

I went to this place to get my marriage certificate translated to Arabic to get visa for my wife.
The service was great and i received the document in a days time.
They charged reasonably only and this particular place where translation works happened was not that crowded also.
It's easy to access through a metro, very nearby to the metro station.

I heard people saying that Schengen visa is always a difficult stuff. Just want to tell you guys, no one can give you 100% assurance on that unless you abide by all the guidelines as stated by the Embassy. For me, it was as smooth as visiting any other continent. And I must tell you that I am totally amazed the kind of assistance I got from BLS.

Easy to access with public transport. Car parking is a challenge in this area.
Quick and efficient service. I have used the Lounge services 3 times over last 4 years.
Some sign boards outside the building would help. It is not easy to spot BLS board

Very poor service. I have been waiting here for 2.5 hours now. One hour is wasted because the staff decided to go for lunch break. They closed the office!!! Unbelievable!!! Out of 5 counters, there one is running here. Terrible management!!!

A nightmare! I used the passport sevices a couple of months ago and my wife did recently as well. The staff talk in their own language in front of you which I think is extremly rude and disrespectful. They even had the audacity to question if the document that I had to sign as n NOC was a true document. The lady at the reception is rude too, and has only 3 words to say YES, NO and I DON'T KNOW, and otherwise CHECK THE WEBSITE. Am glad that this is a once in 10 years experience. On the whole a very painful experience, not forgetting the chaos that prevails.
