Stale products, Bad Service - The service has definitely gone down. We have ordered several times from here. We ordered cheesecake, it was stale and crumbly from inside and did not taste good like cheesecake usually does. Firstly they did nothing when we made the complaint and only said they will contact us back. Nobody called back for 2 weeks. Then I went to the store. The store manager (Yasir) did not accept the mistake or offer a replacement rather was firm that there was no issue. The customer service is definitely poor and need to be worked on. I highly recommend the company management to look into this and treat customer complaints seriously. I was going to take the matter to the authorities as a matter of fact. Surely a disappointment and not dealt with correctly.

We have ordered velvet cake for father day and it was not fresh at all and was so smelly because of the cream. It seams that they made 2 or 3 days ago.

Awesome collection of cake, Arabic sweets. They keep on changing the designs to make it more attractive and trendy.
You get to taste the one you intend to buy as they bake it in the same facility and have a good stock.
Good for local as well as expat crowd.
Not cheap, but yummy, yummy, yummy.

Best cakes, price and delivery available to UAQ. I also get fast replies from staff when I contact through WhatsApp. Definitely going to order again as they are always #1 in any gathering I prepare for.

I have ordered today their pistachio cake and it was the best pistachio cake I ever ate. Fresh and soft and so yummy. The staff were so friendly. Also, they accept cash on delivery. Definitely, I'll be ordering from bohemian again.
