I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The price was reasonable, although when I called the reservation number they tried to charge me more, once the lady noticed I find it too expensive she offered me the standard room. I didn’t like that! Overall the room was clean, but I found a hair next to the sink in the washroom. Washroom amenities are provided as well as a coffee station. Bed was very comfortable and the room is very spacious. The spa and gym area a great. There is a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, which was really relaxing. There is a direct access to the mall which is great. The breakfast was ok, I asked the chef for hash browns which was not on offer, but he prepared them extra for me. Overall a great choice.

I have booked a 2 bedroom classic suite with bed and breakfast at Ayla Grand Hotel through your website. While booking I put for room 1: two adults and 1 child (4 yrs) and room 2: one adult and 2 children (8&9 yrs).
However during check-in they told me they will give me breakfast for 2 adults only and that I have to pay for my children (1 adult + 3 children) saying that when I booked I put only 2 guests ! I know that booking rate would not change on number of guests and I booked a 2 bedroom suite. They refuse listening to me and the manager was rude (name: Hatem or Hazem) I felt embarassed in front of other guests at the reception. They ruined my holiday and would never think to go back to that hotel again !response / report this review -

The Good: It's located next to Bawadi Mall, which has a good Food Court, a Carrefour Hypermarket, and many decent shops so it's very convenient for tourists. Parking is opposite to the hotel, and shared with the mall parking since they're joined together. Washroom had a tub, but the positioning was poor. Room were modern-looking, but our room had no view at all. Bed was smaller than usual.
The Bad: We were here for our Anniversary, and it felt understaffed, as we had to wait for the Concierge and the breakfast was underwhelmingly disappointing, lacked variety and the food tasted stale and cold. I don't watch TV during my vacation, however, the only two English channels are CNN and Bloomberg, so we had nothing to distract our daughter with. We requested for a late check-out, but were told they were full (we saw 4 families during breakfast till 0830) and were allowed to check-out at 1300.response / report this review -

I found the property very clean and organised. The staff was friendly and all amenities were maintained properly.
Breakfast was sumptuous.
Value for money experience it was.

Great place! Walked and got a reduced rate equivalent to what I saw advertised on a popular hotel site.
Excellent receptionist, beautiful place with everything most would want. Very clean and spacious room. Good air conditioning, television, bathroom immaculate, free wifi and only a shame I had a single night here as never got to see the gym or spa.
Even got a call from reception to check everything was fine. Didn't try a meal in their restaurant as, to be expected, was a lot more pricy than what was available nearby. Mind you, if you want to stay longer and try it, I'd bet it would be a pretty fine meal.
I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone.response / report this review -

Fantastic hotel with costumer-orientated spirit!
I'm Jesse, a tourist from Hong Kong china. I don't usually bother writing reviews for services received or products bought on amazon, coz I'm so lazy.
However, this time, I feel that I'm morally obliged to write this review.
It is because it is a Fantastic hotel which if I didn't review it, I would feel terribly guilty.
1. The staff are so friendly. A) The receptionist called Catharine, a Filipino, upgraded my room, with no extra cost, because we arrived a bit earlier than the expected check-in time when our rooms were not supposed to be ready. This demonstrated how they prioritise the costumers' experience over formalities. B) the guy called Arun (I assume he's the lobby manager from India) arranged a safari trip for us , which was really worth participating. I would highly recommend you, who are reading this review considering staying in this hotel, to request Arun to arrange one for you. The price was 300 dirhams for each person, and you get to experience a variety of activities in the desert, including 4x4 desert ridding, camel riding and the like, which was really worth it, and I really mean it.
2. I like how they provided fruits at the first date, serving to our rooms, when we were out, and when we were back to hotel, we could enjoy it.
3. The rear doors connect the big mall where you can find a variety of restaurants, amount those I would recommend you to try the Lebanese restaurant that is just outside the rear door of the hotel. The lamb chop(costing approximately 65 dirhams) is really impressive!
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel, and I'm definitely recommend you to consider staying in it, if you visit Al ain.

I am addicted to ayal hotels. They are family oriented hotels. For muslims it is important not to have alchohol. So this hotel dont serve alchohol. It is attached to al bawadi mall.
