  I had to change my review to one star, because there is no zero star. Horrible, horrible experience, I am totally shocked by the disrespectful behavior of a supposedly reputable car dealer. Advice : if you ever decide to go to Automall to purchase a car with financing, please check well the terms and the bank interest rates that they offer -in reality- (not the ones that they advertise) and compare them with other official dealers.   The vehicle I tested was rather over - priced, but what's worse was the salesman tried to bs me about the vehicle - I saw some clear signs of damage that were covered up, not mentioned, and played down when I pointed it out.

  Good place to shop for pre-owned cars from diff brands. Decent collection with helpful staff.
  Could get busy sometimes and need to wait a bit, that's the time when you can enjoy a coffee ;)

  After-sales service did not disappoint. I have a Q5 that I bought from Al Futtaim Automall 2.5 yrs old. 7 months later there was a leak requiring a fix. It was now older than 3 yrs so Audi factory warranty had elapsed. Took it back to Al Futtaim , they now have their own localworkshop and it got fixed there under the Al Futtaim 1 yr warranty once they gave authorisation for the repair which took a couple of working days for the authorisation , 1 day for the repair. So in summary , based on my experience almost one year from my purchase date , I highly recommend the sales and after-sales service.
