  Very responsive to messages, good price, but unfortunately, they have serious quality issues. Delivered laundered shirts with dirt pressed in, one week later delivered my laundry to another customer and week 3 ruined two shirts due to what looks like a chemical discoloration No effort to even offer a discount for poor service and no compensation for shirts. Have to move business elsewhere

  I used love their service until recently when they started to mess up on the folding of the clothes. I made two complaints but they simply apologized without taking any further action . I requested for a call back from the supervisor which they didn’t show the courtesy. Need to look for new service providers

  I love this place. Their service is quick, replies to messages are prompt, pricing per bag model is beautiful and the clothes are always delivered very nicely pressed, packaged and hanged. Couldn't ask for more! They even bring the wireless credit card machine to your place. One of the requirements for me looking for a new apartment was that it should be within auntre's pickup and delivery area :)
