Much more polite and nicer staff compared to the rude people in Dubai. Mr Mohammed in the service dept in shj is a great guy

Nice place and excellent staff but only for cars purchased from Al Nabooda as other State dealer cars under warranty and service packages are not managed here and the staff can't do anything about it. They should consider an integrated system

You will end up waiting for 30 mins even if you have an appointment. You will wait even if you have to collect your car, drop your car, pay the bill and for everything you have to wait. Lets not forget the rip off labor charges and insane quotations. I wouldn't buy an Audi ever cause of their service stations. They may look fancy but if you're unlucky and have a problem, good luck. 2 stars because people working there are decent
