  Its the first time i took a service from this company. But i guess company was good maybe but STAFF are not good especially his name was SHoail. . i guess its my right to ask him regarding the apartment that i took from them cause it was totally dirty and really bad i guess most of their apartments was very bad and broken already. not reasonable.Before taking the apartment they are chasing us to take the apartment for commision i guess but After giving them advance cheques and payments all wasnt contacting anymore like we clients will chase and he will shout so rude. Hes not cooperative after all and i guess its his own responsibility to make the apartment fix up before hand over. Very poor communication and i guess this is my 1st and last negotiation with them.

  I suggest no to work with this Real Estate agency. Most unpleasant experience i had, never get my refund back. agent and landlord don't pick up phones, avoiding contact and telling lies.
