i went to day your office to check for a flight.,i was very very disappointed to the indian guy sitting i front of the entrAnce. i approach in a good way and he was very rude. i ask him to check for a flight for me. he didnt even check he answered me its all fully book.i let him check for country and he no its also fully book without checking it. i left .its really a bad service at alll

I called their office to inquire about our flight that was changed due to maintenance problem but I received a bad customer service from a lady named Norma. Just because you knew that I am a Filipina doesn't mean that you cannot be polite to me. If I were a different nationality, perhaps you would be so polite then.
