Good Clinic very clean and neat and all doctors treating us very friendly.. and they are not simply Aster something better than all other hospital and it's covers mostly all insurance.. . can go and get treatment easily and insurance approved in 10 mins.. Reception staff and nurses does great work .

What I appreciate the most with this clinic is that the staffs are very effective and efficient. They know how to multitask despite of the number of patients who are waiting in the Que in front of them and knowledgeable enough of the questions being asked and answers them perfectly. I also commend the doctors for being so welcoming to their patients and ease them through the way they speak and give relief to the illness that they’re having.Aim high and soar high !

For the last couple of years we have been visiting Aster, for all our medical needs and it is an excellent facility; the doctors help and do their work with care. I have never experienced any problem in these years. We also find the staff very efficient in their respective fields of work. The facilities are in good check and are in continuously modernized. In general, I’m very satisfied with the service this hospital has given me.

I love the conviniece and i can shop once am done with my check up. The fact that its such a great hospital means you may have to queue for abit if you go for a walk in checkup. I highly recommend booking an appointment.
Lastly i would like to give a shout out to Dr Usha ObGYN and her nurse Monique for the kind and caring ambience they create whenever i visit. They are ever so ready to answer my millions of questions.

I been to Aster JLT branch many times for myself and family. We had good experience with the staff and doctors there. Very professional and compassionate doctors, and friendly nurses and front office. People may have different experiences but for us and even for our family friends Aster JLT is reliable one. And this makes the clinic more busier which in fact increased the waiting time. A few suggestion I have is the excessive paper works , especially in this advanced technology era is waste of time and paper too. Also the parking if they can do something like valet parking it will be much helpful for the customers.

For women finding a good gyno starts with defining the word “good” and every woman’s definition is based on what’s personally important to her healthcare experience. Dr. Usha Suresh (Aster JLT) has strong listening skills and delivers care with compassion and respect. I was referred to Dr. Usha by my husband’s colleague. I’m so glad I was. I have gone to her now a couple of times. She is very warm, kind, personable, down to earth, a friend and a great supporter.

My wife went to see the gynaecologist Dr USHA . It was the worst experience . She was exrextremly rude and made my wife cry .It's sad to see such a noble profession all they care is about money and no human side to it .Didn't show any sympathy regarding patients pain neither advise. I m deeply hurt with this experience and don't recommend visiting this doctor. Treating a pregnant woman like this is shameful . Educate your self with manners first doctor . Being a doctor does not mean you treat patients in such an inappropriate way .

your processes are annoying slow. despite caring and concerned staff. it's really unnecessary for patients to wait and average of 1hr 15min for most visits. in a span of 3 days I have been to jlt clinic, there is only one Doctor. It takes ages to receive lab results, in this day and age of technology lab results still taking min 24 hours is unnecessary. please improve your services. when people come to clinic they don't come to seat there they come to be treated and to be treated well.

Not possible to reach them by phone on urgent matter. The doctor prescribed the medicine that is out of stock in Dubai. I tried to reach after the visit without success.

If i could put a - star i would. Doctor Arif Kandoth was extracting my wisdom tooth, not even a hard one, and in the process broke the neighboring tooth !! Since there was a huge hole from the wisdom tooth, i had to go around with a half-broken nighboring tooth for a month. Healing was very slow. Then, when the hole finally healed he put a "filling" (so he said) on the tooth without even polishing it (it was all black) and said it is all good. But this "filling" felt strange and not like it usually feels, like it was some very weird material and i could feel it all the time. But in 2 weeks it fell off ! I went to another clinic and they were horrified, there turned out to be an infection, they gave me anibiotics and cleaned the tooth, killed the nerve and put a proper filling. This doctor treated my teeth awfula dn i cannot call him a doctor at all !!!!! Not mentioning that the price of this "extraction" was insane.

It was a fine and smooth experience. I didn't have to wait too much for the procedures. The reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. The nurse and the Doctor was able to help me well and suggest me proper diets.

I had very bad experience with this Aster in JLT. Aster In Tecom is much better. The service of the clinic is really bad. And i was also disappointed in the female doctor gynecologist who did not offer me a full treatment from beginning so i had to beg her for certain tests to do and medicinesthis Aster in JLT made me feel cery bad when they laughed at me at the front desk because i wanted to have more blood tests
