  It's not an easy to get the appointment of any doctor. ENT is also not there in clinic which is a big concern.

  In very few words , I can say that the Aster at Dubai Silicon Ouasis are formidably good , competant , helpful and cooperative , but the system is too much centralized an needs modernization. With the physiotherapist Dr. Muneeza Fatima, I felt like with my daughter and she taook care of me like her father. Same with the Orthopedist to a poin that I asked if they are a non- profit organization. I have been with them for several weeks and will continue with them.

  Easy to get an available appointment. Not much time to wait. I am satisfied. Dr. George very kind and understanding doctor and Dr. Seema Chowdhary very professional and kind. Will recommend them for my family and friends.

  Friendly & efficient staff.
  Special thanks to Dr Seema the gynaecologist who was very knowledgeable and friendly.
  Thanks to the nursing staff priyanka who was very warm , helpful & always smiling which automatically relaxes the patient & joona who was very efficient in her work which helped me save a lot of my time.
  Having said that the waiting at the reception was long despite prior appointment & the same at the time of payment after the treatment.

  Best clinic and friendly doctors and all. Dubai’s 2 best doctors are available in this clinic , Dr Nilay the specialist paediatrician and specialist physician Dr george Thachil. Both are very friendly with all. Rush in clinic is extremely high so suggesting to get prior appointment before you go to clinic

  If you really like being ripped off make sure you come to this clinic. Even if u don't want a consultation you'll be forced to get one and charged for it. The Dr has to give instructions to the nurse how to change a dressing. Don't think the nurses know what they have to do seems like-simple instructions like clean, apply and bandage - ur charged around 300 AED

  Medical center for the community. Parking available at the building and can be validated if you exceed free period. Expect long queues for registration in the evening so reach early if you have appointment. Children play area available (though small).

  Was here today for my daughter. I got token and was told 17 paitients in queue, wait time of 2 hours. I asked reception to give me a call before 20 min and she refused. I was asked to wait here with my daughter with fever or leave by my own risk and I may miss my appointment. A complain is already logged with management.
  
  Follow Up:
  I was given a call back from call center and was called by Dr. Irum. Dr. Irum was very help full and polite. She sorted out the issue, and provided some very useful suggestions for my Kids other issues. Even she keep following up. I really recommend Dr. Irum and her efforts. She is such a pleasant person and a superb professional. Thanks again.

  One of the only 3 clinics in dubai that my wife prefers to go to even though it is a good 30 mins drive from our place! Good doctors.

  My first experience with this clinic was in 2015. It wasnt the best back then but i have seen it improve over the years. Waiting is always more in the evenings hence its advisable to always go with an appointment or be ready to wait upto an hour esp on Saturdays. Nonetheless, drs and services are worth the wait!
