The Worst Branch of Aster Clinic , the reception never pick up the phone for any query , I literally tried 7 Times calling today on Landline and 3 Times yesterday no one answers the phone , the worst customer service ever

Very slow and poor service!!! Not giving proper instruction to patients. Been waiting for the labtests result, been calling the clinic to get any update but always unattended. Finally after almost a week someone attended the call and find out the doctor already on leave for 10days and advised to collect the result and show to the other doctor. Their negligence is causing much inconvenience to patients!!!!

Always not being served on time, whether u come very early at your appointment timing. Please understand that we also run our errands on time and if we miss even only 10mins our full planning for the day maybe affected.

However, doctors and SOME nurses are very good, no doubt. Except for the poor customer service of few staffs at the reception. Please keep in mind that the interactions with the patients at the clinic starts at the reception area so we must put staffs with good/effective customer service.

The GP DR is so rude
I can't understand how a DR who suppose to hear to know the exact source of illness reply as (don't dictate to me how to do my job) I never expected this kind of attitude from a well reputable establishment but any way not all aster clinics are the same king faical branch is ok and med care also . at the end overview aster are having a good health service that one case can't affect.

once the blood result released the clinic person should call to collect the report otherwise doctor should call the patient to meet the doctor.
no response from them.

I was called to get blood result, the response forwarded to from mail nurse, and the mail nurse he cant speak clear mannerly what he need to explain, and no lab technicians available.
its irresponsible. they just need to insurance patients

Very very bad experience.. I came at 1610H and I know that the doctor will come at 1730H. I came early so I will be the first priority for the walk ins. When I approached the staff by 1640H, he told me that he will accept after 1700H only. So i told him that I came early cause I want to finish early as im not feeling well. Still! They accomodated 5 patients before me who are also walk ins who just came after 1700H. Hays very bad!

I have been with Aster Butina last week. Even though some rush was there , staffs were highly supportive and trying their best to accommodate patients comfortably.

I met general practitioner Dr Nazeeya. I am happy with her pleasant behavior.Good part is that she was able to identify the root cause of my long running fever , headache and fatigue due to mycoplasma. Doctor referred a proper medicine, which help me to recover from continuous fever , headache and fatigue.

Thank you Dr Nazeeya , Thank you Aster Butina. I will happily suggest my friends to Aster.

I called minimum 10 times to the clinic to recieve medical test report via email but even after two days of test i am still waitng for the report.

Its the worst place anyone can ever go to . I came at 12 in the afternoon, they said they weren't accepting anymore for a GP . Asked to come at 5 . Came at 5 said Gp will be there by 5:30 . Went back came at 6:48 said they weren't accepting anymore for the Gp ! Unreliable and very unprofessional!

Visited the clinic on last week Thursday, the waiting time is too, we Have visited first GP he was totally confused and not friendly would not prefer to visit him again nor will advise to any one. Only positive thing in this clinic was Ms. Ghazala she was kind and helpful.
