The services I recieved from the clinic is excellent.I barely waited to be helped when I checked in.Appreciate how the doctor took his time to explain my health conditions with me as well as the treatment options.Not only the doctor, staffs and even the manager was very kind and caring which is very appreciable.I highly recommend this clinic.

Sharing my experience with Dr Ali Akbar.He is a well experienced doctor.He make me very comfortable during my procedure.He took enough time to explain the procedure and reducing my tension.I will definitely suggest him to my friends and relatives.All other staffs are very friendly and co operative.

Was a pleasant visit at aster.. Doctors..Nurses..Reception…all had a great level of professionalism and showed good care during the entire vist… Can recommend for everyone that you are in safe hands at aster👍

It is the worst clinic, I ever visit. I had very bad
experiences .It is always crowded and I have to spend around 2_3 hours to see doctors and sometimes general doctor only one doctor and one time , I was negclited alone with my child to register our self after standing 30 minutes on the queue from 1830 to 1900 . I was told by reception that they close the registration .However they close the clinic at around 2100_2200 and still a lot of sick people on the other queue and behind me.that s make me very disappointed and I went to Thumbay hospital and I make self payment to see doctor which was very costly for me.the only thing that I remember good with that clinic , the pediatric doctor he is always patient and doing his job in good manner. It's a good clinic but it's very difficult to get appointment and waiting time for walk in customer is very high. Even if you come early you will have to wait significantly. They have good doctor and facilities in this clinic also they have pharmacy next to it so you don't need to runaround. Service is good and if you are visiting first time you need to get yourself registered to get any service. This is my review of this clinicI hope you find this useful. Also hope they improve the booking system to facilitate customer.

Good doctors and friendly staff.
Things to improve on
1) call center wait times are 2 mins or more
2) queues at the counters on site are long and painstakingly slow during peak hours. Online and follow up appointments should be given a fast lane or technology used, like online token numbers etc.report this review -

The worst experience ever. Real chaos during busy time. Nobody following token numbers. No superviser to control proper customer service. You can not even get to nursing station because everybody are in front of the door and getting inside without waiting of their turn. Nurses just taking whoever is in front of the door and entering the room. Within one hour there I herd only 4-5 names were invited to treatment room. All other patients entered by themself. The same with doctor rooms. In front of me few families entered room without doctor calling them. Contact phone number mentioned to use for additional assistance is useless. No need even try to call. Overall very unpleasant experience. The worst in Ajman so far. Do not recommend this place, specially during busy timings.

tried according to Gynaecology . It was the worst experience I have ever seen and I think money is their priority not the patient health.The doctor requested some tests and then I was informed that not covered by insurance . I found it is so expensive . Their attitude was changed when I said I will not do it now. The cashier was so rude to me and she acting as talking to a beggar . Really it is a bad place to follow up. She also refused to give me the doctor prescription however I paid for a consultation . I think one star is too much for them. They do not deserve any star.

Call center service is very Bad. I am trying to take appointment for my daughter 18 months vaccination. I have to wait long after dialing help line. Better if we can contact Ajman Aster Clinic Directly but we do not have any contact.

Doctors are very good and cooperative. But the front desk and staffs, we are going all aster clinics and hospital, such a bad experience never faced from others. Such a manner less staffs.

All services are good. Good doctor's. Nurses services good.But one problem open the file. Registration is very bad. Standing 45 minute take the registration. Bill payment also . Separate the cash and insurance billing section. Appointment and open file also separate.very difficulty in standing more than 30 minutes. And very rush in entering place. This is my small suggestion . Please adjust. Only request.

It is a decent clinic. Even if you book in advance you need to wait for a long time. Paying Bill will also take a long time. They need to make their system or process simpler to reduce the waiting time.

Aster is not good clinic we have to wait a lot and who r coming after as they going home before as and stuff are really very Rudy docters are really nice need to give more attention for General peasant and I have been notice my self they holding me 3 hour more than that

I took my 8 month old baby to the ENT Dr Srinivas today to get her ear pierced. Firstly they did not have the earrings available. They sent me to their pharmacy and they too did not have it. I had to walk ahead to another pharmacy to get the earrings. I had clearly told them while booking the appointment that it was for ear piercing and hence they should have informed me in advance. To aggravate the matter the doctor has pierced my baby's ears with one piercing high on one earlobe and very low on the other. After all the pain my lil one had to go through I have to now redo the piercing after 3-4 weeks. After telling him about the mistake he tells me tht it will even out once baby grows. Tried my best not to give him a piece of my mind. Would not recommend this ENT to anyone.
