  I called to take an appointment with a dermatologist since they are called dental and dermatologistguess what??? They done have a dermatologist and they only cater dental

  Very bad customer service. They don't have what you call phone etiquette. Both the Arabic and Filipino receptionist have bad attitude. I decided to book an appointment but later on change my mind since I will not trust there company because of the bad attitude of there employee. Please try to train your employees with what you call "good customer service". They don't need to blame or shout at there customer because of there own ignorance of scheduling the appointment and listening to customers request.

  I have been a patient of Dr.Betsy and my experience was very nice. She is the best when it comes to Cosmetic and Aesthetics Dermatology Procedures. The results are really overwhelming and I can surely recommend her to anyone who has any derma issues. The ambience of the clinic is worth mentioning :) It's such a beautiful clinic and the Doctor was very kind and understanding. Excellent Team , Excellent Service. Looking forward to your offers soon !

  I've had experience with Dr. Betsy, Dr. Mouhannad, and Dr. Boutros. All are very personable, professional! The office is easy to locate, and very well designed.

  The Female Dermatologist over there was very cooperative and exceptionally talented. I just didn't feel any pain and my skin is still glowing! Thanks Archer! Love you!.
