I have been there many times. Sometimes you get lucky and have your stuff fast. But most of the time you will be waiting in a queue. It gets crowded that the place won't fit and so.e people will have to wait outside. Imagine that in the summer.

small place, bad location and always a long line to wait. there are no parkings, u have to park on dirt. highly no recommended.

Called Aramex in the morning and was told that my parcel was at the Al Mussafah branch and that they were unable to deliver it to me on that day (even though it was supposed to be delivered the day before). Drove there and waited for 40mins in a queue (only one gentleman behind the counter serving) to be told that my parcel had been sent out with the driver for delivery. Poor communication within company and with customers. The branch is busy and needs more staff to assist.
