  Worst courier service ever. It has been 2 weeks and they have not deliver me my local shipment. I called customer service five times; every time they promise they will deliver it, but nothing yet. Really bad company. Still waiting.

  When we call the call center. After 1 minute of computer generated message. The phone goes silent . If you are reputed organization why you do not take the customer calls

  Overcrowded at evening even no enough space inside for waiting in quew
  ppl usually standing outside while waiting for their turn.
  Staff is good but tiny outlet for such a big n busy business.
  Normally have to wait around 25 mins for collection or send.

  Requested my shipment to be delivered on a specific day but got delayed few times because of several reasons, one of which is because of "overloading". Like damn. Had to call concerned office which is aramex al ain but yeah i don't know why people there don't answer the phone. Maybe they turned deaf. Ended up picking shipment myself cause i need the package asap. Thanks for another life lesson Aramex. Never again.

  Poor customer service..Not answering any calls,how many times i call its ringing and then they hang it..Much better there is an option for NO STAR 😁
