  Visit visa for indians was done professionally within 4 working days.. ok to board can also be done by paying them the fees.. friendly staffs
  Note that if you are doing carf payment they charge you extra.. dont know if its legally permitted.. but they do charge extra..

  They claim they are authorised air india express office. I had an issue with my ticket. I wasted lots of hours with them and they politely said I should contact Mumbai office. By that time the cancellation time of air india express policy of 24 hour is already reached. I lost my ticket money.
