  Very bad service
  My Aftron washing machine got complaint & call Arabian oryx team for service they repaired 2 times & problem not resolved(they said mother board complaint & changed 350 dhs charged for me). After that when i called or wtsup message no response

  We have an AEG fridge/freezer combo. We requested for this company to come check on the freezer, because it was not working (it was not freezing anything). The fridge, however, was working perfectly. Two males came to assess the appliance and told us what the issue was and what needed to be replaced. We asked for a quotation, so we could decide if we wanted their business or not. In the process of checking our appliance, they ended up cutting a welded pipe, which caused the fridge to stop working. The fridge was full of products and food because we’ve been using it for 3 years without any issues. They did not tell us what they were doing and did not ask permission to interfere with our appliance. This was totally unprofessional, and we were left with a broken appliance because they chose to act without permission. They did not even offer to repair their mistake and we were angry and disgusted that they damaged our appliance without our knowledge. Terrible service!!!!!

  My water dispenser was repaired very well. During these pandemic times, I appreciate the work carried out by them. The faulty appliance was picked up from home, repaired and delivered back despite logistical challenges. The staff and administration have been responsive.
