The village is great for overnight safari. The rooms are nice and spacious and the service is great. The village also looks incredible with singing and belly dancing shows during dinner and surrounded by spectacular dunes. I would also suggest the quad biking activity and if you are a big group the bonfire with sisha and drinks after dinner

Very nice place to relax and enjoy desert life, secured and well served. Very good stuff. I wanted to give five stars but I was little bit upset that swimming pool water heaters were out of service although the lady who did the reservation confirmed to us that water will be warm and good for the kids to swim which was not the case, second reason is the price which I believe is expensive and will be much better if they include other paid activities within the whole package

Charming resort in the middle of the desert, with swimming pool restaurant and three types of accommodations. Worth the trip and worth the stay

Fantastic service and adventure! Reasonable prices, super staff and very safe and friendly. Would recommend to others!

Food was great and so much more than we could eat. Really loved visiting the camel farm and the quads were fantastic.

As an emirati I'm truly ashamed by the way the hotel manager treated visitors! it is disappointing to see such a nice place representing our culture, heritage, and environment run by the likes of this management individuals. I truly believe they are a disgrace to our traditions and hospitality and absolutely have nothing to do with this business. They gave the worst image to people visiting Abu Dhabi some of them for the first time in their lives. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I care about until the management are changed.

I didn't hate the place, I hated the hotel manager who talked down to me while I asked if I could enter the reception to wash my hands after doing a lot of clean up work for PRESERVING THE DESERT. I was at a major event two nights ago nearby the resort. We did have dinner at the resort so I was a paying customer. I was really disappointed by the way I was spoken to on the next day. There is no way the hotel manager represents Arabic traditions of kindness and understanding. Rudest manager I've come into contact in a long while.

it is very unfortunate when you have to write a review about a beautiful property that has huge potential but is sadly run by the wrong people. when you think about an Arabian night, you expect to receive the famous "Arabian hospitality" but unfortunately the manager does not understand this concept. I was a customer of a special event of almost 500 people (500 potential customers that are lost because they were treated poorly). Most customers were staying at tents near the property and the contract was to use the common facility in the evening and have dinner and use the facility the morning after. And some were actually staying in the huts. However, once the checkout time lapsed, they would not let us back in the resort to use the common facilities stating (you are no longer our customers). We are talking about stranding people in the middle of the desert in the heat without access to toilets or a proper shade! this includes women, children and elderly people. HOW IS THIS OK!!
I’m sorry but in any hotel, after service is a must. They even threw the bags of the people staying in the hotel outside in the Abu Dhabi sun (which is excruciating)!
This is a remote area in the middle of the desert. So transportation is challenging and delays are bound to happen. You cannot just kick your customers outside in the sun to wait for their transportation when you know this! I’m sorry but we are talking about the ABC’s of hotel management. Service is not on a 24-hour timer. That is just unacceptable for any hotel star rating, never the less a supposedly “Luxury” resort.
