  Worse company and management as well.
  when it’s come to water delivery they are very tricky and just lazy, they don’t come to deliver water and after that they accuse they came at your door steps and you are not available,
  they did it many times.!!!
  And the manger are the worse and helpful and he don’t understand what is problem solving is, and when it’s come to customer support the manager spoke to me just to apologize, and his not able to help me now because it’s Thursday and Friday it’s my off day.
  He is not professional or efficient I really not quite sure what he does understand his position as a manager he is less cooperative and don’t care about Custer needs.
  The water even not that’s wow as it’s still bottled water even though they are bad in service deliver and customer care too. I don’t recommend this company to anyone and this by the way I have my friends said the same story they suffered from there bad customer support and delivery

  Worse water company ever. I called 5 times in 2 days and still waiting for water to be delivered i had to call 3 times last week.. as i can see from their recent and older reviews , it is sadly how they scored their 2 stars !

  However the quality really good but the service is the worst ive ever got, seems like pushing customers away.
  I dunno if the staff or the system is horrible.
  Honestly if i have an alternative ill never look at you
