  Lovely reception and service from the clinic's reception. Dr Nicole is super sweet and explained the procedure and suggested follow up's in a detailed way. Also she did an amazing job on cleaning / scaling of my teeth, I will most definitely be going back again.

  My daughter is 7 and not only was her first dental visit, she also had an extraction done. A special shout out to Dr. Shweta. She is fantastic to say the least. Kept talking the whole time to my daughter calling her a princess and a brave little girl. Explained every step of the way so there were no surprises.. She honestly told my daughter which parts could hurt and which wouldn’t. The extraction itself took only a second and was done in a blink of an eye. My daughter didn’t flinch at all. The numbing injection too before was done painlessly.
  I recommend Dr. Shweta at Apex whole heartedly, and will continue with her for both my kids’ dental needs. Glad to have found her!

  Worst health decision I've ever made. As I type this, I'm in pain. As a businessman myself, I try my best not to type negative reviews. However, going to this dentist was my biggest mistake. I went for a filling, had no pain whatsoever, have done 1 filling in the UK years ago and generally that's it. First thing was they started looking for ways to ramp up by bill, when I called I asked for the procedure they will do and how much I will be they said about 700AED. Doctor started doing all sorts, x ray and saying I need this and this, did what she recommended but didn't accept the root canal she claimed I needed. I went there with no pain whatsoever just that food getting stuck in a specific place. She started the procedure by numbing my gums which wasn't necessary when I did it in the UK. Then started to poke and grill into my and obviously I didn't feel anything but knew all this want necessary and her assistant was the worst thing ove ever seen couldn't even handle the Suction properly. She gave me instructions to take pain kellers in the night and that's when I knew I messed myself up coming to their smelly clinic. For days after that I had pain where she worked on and food still getting stuck there. It stopped after a while I contacted them and she started telling me I needed a root canal for 2,000 aed and like I said before, when there with no pain at all. Going to another dentist this week to investigate the rubbish she has don't to me. Even former filling I got In uk she must have drilled that too because food started getting stuck there after my unfortunate meeting. If you can read this all please stay away from the lady dentist there. It's really unfortunate that they would do business like this.

  Dr Arshi did an amazing job on one of my molar teeth.
  Original silver filling was cracked in the middle which had to be removed to have replaced with a tooth color filling. Her explanations as she was working was thoughtful and in a way comforting as dentist visits are normally not pleasant.
  But, I was very impressed at her delicate way of attending to my "little" problem.
  I'm a happy patient and will definitely go back for further treatments.

  Apex provides excellent service from start to finish. They are extremely professional and nice. Dr. Azza is an exceptional dentist- very gentle, skilled and welcoming. The whole team is very courteous and patient. Cathy is of the best receptionists I’ve ever seen and dealt with. Very professional, responsive and patient. Thank you Apex for an amazing experience!
