Not to be trusted, he was supposed to fix our fridge, but he converted the fridge to a freezer. He removed an original part and replaced it with a part that might not be appropriate for the brand. I've contacted them nearly every day, since our food is spoiled, and we haven't been able to use the fridge for nearly 2 weeks, whenever I called him, he replied that they are coming to check it, but no one showed up, nor got in touch to explain! then he stopped answering my call or my messages.
I paid him on the spot, better not to pay him on the spot. it is obvious the lack of customer service, lack of professionalism, lack of care of customer's rights.

worst fixing company ever!! would never deal with them again, took them 5 days to fix a washing machine and during that time they weren't responding on my calls or messages!! I even thought of calling the police, I wouldn't trust them with fixing a pencil!

Amazing work. Hats off to the the team. Very knowledgeable and very sober and kind people. Had been trying hard to get my Mitsubishi Fridge repaired. People were ready to charge me a lot of money with no guarantee of fix. But these guys especially ALI did a fabulous job. He knew what he was doing and was knowledgeable enough to get it fixed at my home even. Many thanks once again.
