Great service, Rented an xterra from them and the car was new. The whole process took around 2 hours from me calling them, online payment and home delivery of the car. Car was spotless and the driver was very polite. Charges were clear and there was nothing extra. Deposit minus the extra kms I ran was refunded to my account in 25days after reminding them. As everyone I checked a bit everywhere to find the best deal and also the best customer service. I didn't find anywhere except with Amex. There is no hidden charges, they deliver the car on time, not so coordinated when it comes to pick the car back though but Kin found a way to help out. Much appreciated and will continue to rent from them. I just wish they could give the same rate for their client.

One of their agents Lezel has been really helpful anytime I need to rent a car. She is always available to answer my queries and I must appreciate her customer service. The prices are reasonable and I don't mind paying a little extra for the personalized customer service.

The car I booked arrived in about an hour or so. Their agents and drivers were friendly. Fortunately, I was handed over an almost new Kia Pegas which had all the features I need for my daily use. I am still using the car so it is too soon to write a complete review however, I must say that they are doing a good job through this pandemic by providing sanitized cars which means that safety is important for them.

I am taking out the time to write about them as it is rare to find car rental portal which allows you to select the best company according to your choice. They gave me a choice to select from Thrifty, Dollar, Budget and a few more global names which are all well known companies

The entire process of booking, then picking up car and returning it was pretty easy and seamless. Car was in good condition. Had no issues anywhere. It took us just 10-15 minutes to drop off the car and reach airport by taxi. Although picking up took some time. They have better rates than others as well (added bonus).

In my 14 years of visiting Dubai 4 to 5 times a year, I have rented cars using my UK paper licence issued in 1976 never been an issue, when I held a residence Visa and applied for a UAE driving licence the same UK licence was used, I received a quote from this company and booked a car for seven days start this morning only to be messed around, they are using my paper licence as the excuse, saying they need one with a photo on, which is nonsense, I even gave the the link with a unique code for the UK DVLA Government website to check my licence, they have just messed me around, in my professional and honest advice stay clear of this company there are others more accommodating and helpful. I found the very very poor.

Very friendly cooperative staff. Prices are better than many. Location is not far from airport. Anytime you face an issue a car, they ready to replace on the spot. They waved off some due amounts as a compliment and they dropped us off in Airport. Definitely I’ll rent they cars again.

I was surprised to receive a call from Rental cars UAE after an online inquiry. The caller emailed me a link from which I received a quote for the vehicle I wanted to hire. After some comparisons I found they were very competitive. Based on other inquiries I booked a vehicle through them. In the mean-time the service and price has been very good.

Booking was easy, I always book my car through them when coming to Dubai and to date I have not had any problems. Picking up the car is straightforward - I always check it over before driving away. On returning the car again it has been straightforward, and my deposit has been refunded with immediate effect.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
I bought a Hyundai Elantra from these people when I came to Dubai in December through my uncle. Its been 4 months and these people have still not refunded my security deposit. I called them on both of their stated numbers and nobody picks up ever. I searched for their addresses and went there personally and their addresses are also fake. Couldnt find them anywhere. Im trying for a few more days and then going straight to the police.

Car was delivered fast but it was dirty inside. With mileage over 60k miles. I accepted as it was the only one available and it was fast. The guarantee deposit was supposed to be returned after 2weeks. Now after 6weeks no money returned even if all details were forwarded. Reading other reviews I realise I have to wait for months to see my money back. Probably it's better to go for a more expensive service but better customer service :(

Poor customer service,not trusty. They say something and do something. Had to wait for months to get refund.they don't mention it explicitly that your deposit would be returned after 21days since returning their car, and they will refer to the agreement you signed when taking the car. They offer free drop and pick up of car, but when you request them after 21 days to drop a cheque(deposit) in your bank account,they would not do that giving lame reasons. You deal with different persons on different occasion and you ll be dodged around. Beware n Better keep off from this place.
