Shambles. Front desk are unorganized, they don't respond to messages. They booked me an appointment and the therapist was not available wasting my time and energy. There are plenty of other Wellness centre's in Dubai, I don't recommend this one.

This Review is on the Orthopaedic doctor European works only Monday and Wednesday in this clinic and also work in Healthbayclinic as per the clinic feedback
It was very bad experience dealing with this clinic and the doctor especially. As they just wanted you to keep coming in order charge your insurance while diagnosis especially the orthopaedic is horrible the doctor diagnosed my son 14 months old has a minor problem on
✅1st visit to the ortho he said the his fine and normal but we need Xray,
✅2nd Visit he said he has big Vit D deficiency without lab test based on Xray 😂 but he asked for another lateral Xray,
✅3rd was a phone call found out my little baby 14 months has severe problem and the diagnosis is to put Casts on his both legs for 6 weeks (but this need insurance approval as per Doctor feedback) or the other option wants to do him surgery.
I checked 3 different orthopaedic in different places and all said that my kid is completely fine and after 3 month he will grow out of it and he is much better now
What I can say for this kind of Clinics that looks for money not for diagnosis.

While I was extremely pleased with the clinic services and my consultation with one doctor. The experience with the clinic and another doctor was totally opposite. The consultation is suppose to be of 30mins. Firstly it was delayed by 15mins. And then my consultation was finished in just 5mins. The doctor was suppose to provide a referral letter. It has been more than a week I am following up with the clinic. And their service has continued to be so bad, that I have not yet received the same. And their consultation charges are 3times compared to aster clinics, and yet aster clinics manages to provide decent service.

I had to wait 60-70 minutes to see the doctor, although I had an appointment.. These kind of clinics wouldn’t survive in Europe or USA, shameful, slow, and a lot of time wasting, noting that I have sent my insurance policy and ID 2 days before my appointment. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place, writing this review while am still in the clinic waiting.

Dr. Tahir is the best doctor i have met, he is so nice to me. I am very lucky that he is my Psychiatrist, all people works at american wellness are kind and accommodating.

Dr tahir is the best psychiatrist i ever met, he is very kind and very concerned to the patients feeling and condition. he is very helpful and understanding.. I feel happy everytime i am seeing dr tahir and all his staff.. Hes staffs are very approachable I am very contented and satisfied to my doctor dr tahir is the best for me

It is an excellent experience for me. It helps me how to control the issues I was facing before. It changed so many thing in my life to better and people around me felt the differences. I got the full support and follow up from the center continuously. I suggest for any person who want to solve his/her issues or habits or to improve some skills to visit the center.

Never going back. They should learn to inform their patients the costs of the blood tests before they proceed with it. Specially when they know the patient is about to pay a total of a big amount of money. I believe I paid for unnecessary blood tests that it was quite obvious that the Doctor has asked for just to get more money out of my visit. And also asked me to visit only one week later, when these type of medications take about a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to work. The only reason he would ask me to come back this soon, is just to also make me pay for an unnecessary early visit.
And most importantly, the doctor definitely did not ask me enough questions to understand about my condition. The only reason I visited him, was because I needed a second opinion and I wish I did not do that. My first doctor was more concerned with every single detail and asked me tons of questions to analyse my condition properly. And also I paid only 20 percent of what I paid in this clinic.
And from the type of medicine he recommended, i’m quite almost certain that he did not understand my condition whatsoever..response / report this review -

I was not aware that mental health is nothing less important than physical health. I was drained by stress and fatigue to a point I would not remember where I left my keys or the three items my wife just asked to bring along from the grocery store. With the help of Dr. Taher's knowledge, decency and competency, I regained full ability to focus, produce and sleep well. Definitely the AWC added value to my life.
