On of the worst experience I had in the American spine center, I have back pain and was advised by their doctor to do an epidural injection, which I have take it 4 times before in several hospitals and clinics in Dubai last year and this year and it cost me usually arround 1800 dhr, however in the American spine center they give me the bill with 9500 dhr !! Which is 7600 dhr extra!!! and when asked them why it’s that expensive here as I have done it before & it’s much cheaper one of their staff told me it’s not the same one as this will be under the X-ray plus it will be 4 injections not 1 while blood withdrawal, however all of this did not happen during the prosedure and it was exactly as the same like the one I did. and when I asked the nurse for the name of the injection after the procedure and checked with my old doctor he confirmed it is the same one I toke before, so I was really angry and informed one same staff who told me it’s a diferent prosedure so she started to give me nonsenses excuses like every doctor has his own way, then I requested to speak with the manager who did not help as well plus she refused to speak with my doctor or solve the issue by returning the extra money I paid, therefore I would advise anyone who consider them not to go to this center as all they care about is money and not to treat patients !!!!

honestly speaking for your good if you have a problem in your back don't waist your time here. This hospital is all about money the doctor will have quick look just because he needs to do that after this he describe some expensive treatment they have in their hospital. The last thing they care about is your back most they care about your money. You even have to pay 600dh for the doctor report which is free everywhere

I spent 4 hours in the clinic. Out of which 30 min with one doctor and 30 min with another one. So total waiting period was 3 hours.

I have had sessions with Mona in last few weeks. I understand she is new at ASC but they way she has managed my therapies I never felt she is new. I fully satistified with her professionalism and ASC as a whole.

As soon as we met the doctor, we were assured that my fathers issue could be resolved. They started the treatment immediately and only after a few sessions, my father is much better than he started off with. I would highly recommend this place for people who want a non surgical method for themselves.

The nurses, doctor Hisham Hakim *****physiotherapist Hadil and Dr.Ramzina everyone else that played a part in looking after me , I thank you all very much. The professional manner is second to none. I went to get opinion on my back pain and saw the doctor who was very nice and advised a procedure which required approval. The insurance coordinator staff is not efficient they have taken 3 days and still procedure is not approved. The efficiency of the staff needs improvement.

I went there for consultation regarding my back pain. I was sure there is a prb with my spinal cord but the dr examined me and said it's just muscles and didn't try to x Ray me to make sure. He prescribed me 6 sessions of physiotherapy , which they don't have, cz they have specifically equipment for spinal cord treatment so I still need to go another hospital for my treatment. I went to Saudi German hospital , had consultation with neurologist and I did x Ray , which clearly showed I have spinal cord prb!
After one month someone called me, offering services of American Spinal center , I just said I ve been there already and dr didn't notice my prb , but she s still insisting on coming to see their dr to get second opinion!!! Ridiculous!

I wish you wouldn't send unsolicited SMS messages to advertise your services. I tried to call without being able to reach anyone. If I need medical help, I will consult with my doctor and then decide where I go. Your advertisements via SMS will not influence any decisions as to whether to choose your Centre or not.
