Hi. I would just like to share my experience. In between retiring from work and leaving the UAE, I developed a lost temp filling, that needed dental urgent tempory assistance.
This dental practice have been absolutely brilliant from the first phonecall for help. Dr ASMA has been absolutely fantastic from my first visit. Hopefully I can return home soonest without further problems.
A nice mention to the receptionist and her assistance too. You have made my wife and I feel most welcome. Thank you all.

Love the clinic, staff members are very friendly especially Jenny the receptionist, from the day I called to inquire her energy was very positive and she sounded so professional and ready to help. My husband was in So much pain but Ms Maria who I believe is the supervisor got him an appointment in 30 min and that really mattered, she kept corresponding with me to find suitable appointments afterwards Dr Asma was amazing.. Listening caring understanding and very professional, she explains everything in a very simple way, God bless her. The nurse is friendly too and overall the environment is so welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good dental clinic.

So grateful to have known about American Excellence Medical & Dental Center. The staff from the receptionist, nurse, and dentists are all very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Samer is excellent and very professional. He closely listened to understand what’s my dental concern is and clearly explained all the options available. Overall, my visit at this clinic has been so good and definitely I strongly recommend booking your appointments withem to experience their very good service yourself.

Overall the doctor was very easy going and kind when I told him I want my tooth removed asap. But what really discouraged me from waiting much longer is the receptionist she could really use extensive customer care training. From communicating and recepting patient needs. I ask for my ID back she keeps on stalling until the doctor shows up. If the receptionist could be thorough and transparent as the doctor that would be great next time.
