  I went here for a family visa. No doubt that staffs are nice and replies to questions until there's an issue with the application. For several days, my emirates id application where unable to resolve by them and they were unable to guide me of the right way to resolve it. They also started to ignore messages. In the first place, they process a lot of emirates ID application and they could not provide a value addition to their services if a customer provided a wrong photo. They just told me to wait as they are doing ways to resolve this for 5 days which gets me only few minutes to resolve if only they know the right process. I regret going to this branch.

  Jijina is a star! She is super quick and makes the process so smooth and hassle free. I have no complaints at all in dealing with this centre. All staff especially Jijina is kind and very helpful always. Thank you very much for your service.

  I have visited this branch on a couple of occasions, the staff are an absolute credit to the centre. Extremely helpful and the customer service is above board. As an expat I highly recommend the services of Amer Centre. A truly satisfied customer and very happy.

  Great service with accurate knowledge of the process. I did dependent visa hold here and the people work here are very polite and gives the maximum of support from their end.
  
  I thank Jijina who even gives support through WhatsApp as well. Definitely recommend this place for all the government services.

  Very helpful is you have some issues
  Specially the reception guy and the girl who handles customer care on WhatsApp/call. She will try to understand the situation well and then provide quick solution
