  The most and only unprofessional company in Dubai. Very rude and you can't reach to someone to help. They simply don't care as their high management are sleeping and not aware about people suffering from their employers.
  It simply doesn't belong to this beautiful city and will ruin your experience.

  Worst customer service in the whole world, they speak to you carelessly and not trying to explain anything to you.
  
  Their bills are very much overcharged, you are not allowed to be told about the bill details, and of course they will never answer your calls.
  
  I will be moving out from Skycourts because of them.

  Very bad management.. very rude, unprofessional and non cooperative staff.. very expensive fees, ruined the beauty and relaxation of these buildings because of this separate cooling fees, you have to pay fixed charges whether you use the facility or not..

  Great building and community, which is why it is a shame that it is all ruined due to the district cooling provider. Fees are the most exorbitant in Dubai, starting with a monthly maintenance fee of around 370, and the rest is based on usage. Bills easily reach 3000 dirhams per month during the summer, which we would be willing to pay if we actually received proper air-conditioning. But no, far from it!
  
  During the summer, the air-conditioning struggles to maintain even room temperature. With all this, they have the nerve to charge users these extreme rates.
  
  I laugh when I see their 5 star reviews, which only shows how well aware they are about the dismal quality of their services and their desperation to counteract with fake reviews. Judge for yourself. Where have you ever seen reviews that are only 1 star or 5 star, and nothing in between? Pathetic! I'm so glad I'm done and moved on from this place! I am now dealing with a new District Cooling Provider in my new place who are so much better and my bills rarely cross 500 dirhams! What a difference!

  First of all. All the five star reviews you see are fake. Random accounts from their friends in order to make them seem nice. DO NOT FALL FOR THOSE people. DO NOT LIVE IN SKYCOURTS. You will pay 800-1500 for two bedroom apartment. They are monopoly of ac service in the building. Their online service us horrible, they have no phone support, the ac hardly goes below 24 degrees at summer . The people in the office are not friendly and the atmosphere is like going to a funeral. You don’t believe me? Read all the Real comments below of all real people and not their friends. Never come to Skycourts.

  I disagree with the rate of AC. but overall their service response if very quick get email response very fast.
  I personally think they can improve their payment online gateway because if always trouble to make online payment

  Living in skycourts now more than 4 years, there charges're bit high but as compare the rent and area that equals the cost of living. And finally they are starting SMS & Email services. Was waiting for this ;)

  They had thier ups and downs. No proper billing, no proper customer service but over the last few years they have improved a lot and we need to give them the credit. There customer service is 100 times better and talking of correspondence they are very prompt in responding to emails. If any thing they need to reduce thier charges.
