My GP requested a MRI prior to a surgery for Cancer. Believe it or not Allied did not send it for approval to the insurance in TWO WEEKS! When I inquired to understand what was going on I was told (by Allied) that their radiologist felt another test would be more appropriate, although this is not at all what the surgeon requested. Maybe because he gets more money with this other test. These guys have wasted TWO WEEKS of my time, in a situation like cancer this is simply criminal! I would recommend to avoid them at all costs, they are utterly unprofessional.

Just want to thank Allied Diagnostics Center for their best dental treatment ever. I had such an bad abscess in my tooth and not even 24 hours after treatment it was gone! The staff was so friendly and helpful.Forsure now my dentist forever!

Appalling experience. After telling me on a Thursday that they had received the results of my Biopsy, they sent the final report to my Dr only on Monday. Worse waiting period ever!
I never received a call from them to explain why they were not sending the final report to my Dr, I never received a call to apologize for what happened and especially they never offered to mention that nothing was wrong with the results.
They might have the technology but chose your Dr with care.
I can't believe that EMPATHY is one of their value because they showed none to me (except for the nurse that answered my final call).
The worse is I would like to send detailed feedback to a manager but I can't find an e-mail address for this purpose.

Unheplful and impolite staff. Medical reports delayed by weeks. Very poor customer service. Since AD expanded thier fields of expertise, all servises have gone down (patient attention, quality of work done, time of waiting to get tested and very long time to get the results). A year ago I would recommend you AD, now I'd suggest you find another place to go.
