  TERRIBLE customer service at the "Alesayi Fashion" store in Mushriff Mall (Abu Dhabi) and poor quality of garment.
  I purchased an evening gown from "Alesayi Fashion" in Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi. Within the first hour that I wore the dress the straps broke, even though they were adjustable and not too small for me and the silver diamond brooch on the waist also broke off. They repaired it the first time but did not care that this happened.
  This happened twice, the only 2 times I wore it. During the 2nd visit for repair, an Arabic woman, started yelling at me without even listening to me first that because I bought it awhile ago they wouldn't fix it. Also, she was about to grab the dress from my hand as I was putting it away in the bag to show a man sitting in the shop to show him what I was asking about. This woman was in my face yelling at me for simply asking for a repair. The Filipino assistant working there even commented that I had only spend 1000dhs on it and that it wasn't very much.
  Shame on this company for their lack of customer service training and employees for representing the service in Abu Dhabi so poorly!!! A good company would offer to repair it, even at a cost, regardless of the date of purchase so that the customer is left satisfied.
