Simply terrible! Never buy LG home appliances. The service is horrible. Frequent change of spare parts and inexperienced maintenance team.

False promises , Bad response , delayed fixing and over priced for nothing. Their service center , call center and Service Manager gives different dates of delivering the items and no proper communication channel that gives a real answer. must consider this when buying LG Items.

I went there to get spare part for our front loading washing/ dryer machine. The customer service understood what parts needed by just showing them the photo of the machine. Service was quick. I spent less than 10 minutes from the entrance time to get the parts and the purchase receipt.
